These terms apply to benzait.com. They do not govern any engagement between BENZAIT and a client, which is set out in the contract for that engagement and prevails over anything on this page.

Using this site

By using benzait.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may update them, and the date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.

What this site is

It describes what BENZAIT does and how to start a conversation with us. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. A statement of work does that.

Not advice

Nothing here is clinical, medical, legal, regulatory, security, or investment advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment applied to your own situation. Content about AI governance, regulatory expectations, and accreditation describes general practice. It is not an assessment of your organization.

Sending us a message

The contact form and the email address on this site are for ordinary business enquiries. Do not send protected health information, patient identifiers, credentials, or anything else confidential through them. Do not send anything you regard as your confidential information unless we have a written agreement covering it. An unsolicited message does not create a duty of confidentiality or a client relationship.

Do not use the form to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, and do not use it to send automated or bulk submissions.

Our material

The text, design, code, the BENZAIT name, and the BENZAIT mark on this site belong to BENZAIT or to the people we license them from. You may read the site, print it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the design or the mark, present our material as your own, or use the name or mark in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

The published research linked from this site belongs to its journal and its authors and is subject to the journal’s own licence, which is why we link to it rather than reproduce it.

Other people’s sites

We link out to a journal, a job board, and a professional network. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up and correct, and we do not guarantee either. It is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Liability

This section governs the site only. Liability under an engagement is set out in the contract for that engagement, where BENZAIT takes delivery risk on terms we agree with you in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes about this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
