About

Healthcare expertise carried through delivery.

BENZAIT is an AI, data, and engineering firm founded in New Orleans to help healthcare organizations make better technology decisions and put them to work.

Who we are

Judgment that stays with the work.

We work only in healthcare. The sector's data, workflows, safety obligations, and decision structures shape every AI program and product we build. We bring strategy, governance, data, and engineering together so decisions survive implementation.

Our teams work directly with the people responsible for care, operations, and technology. They define what success would mean, make the tradeoffs visible, and remain involved as the work moves into use.

The three principles

Clear

The problem named plainly, and success defined in numbers before the work starts.

Concise

The shortest path to production. Senior team, no ceremony, no coordination tax.

Complete

It runs in production and your team owns it. Nothing left half-built.

The name

BENZAIT comes from Benzaiten, the Shinto-Buddhist goddess of everything that flows: water, music, words, knowledge, eloquence.

She is the patron of articulation, of making complex things speakable. That is the work. The open ring in our mark is left open on purpose.

Leadership

The people leading the work.
