The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating high-quality client deliverables and taking ownership (with supervision) of producing client content and meeting client expectations; developing expertise in the Healthcare data, analytics and intelligence field, including obtaining certifications; contributing to Client Satisfaction and/or RFPs; supporting leadership and contributing to content development for service offerings; and exhibiting personal leadership at all times. 

The Business Analyst will collaborate with internal BENZAIT team members, the Client, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and that all deliverables have a quality of excellence.

Requirements

General Responsibilities

  • As a Business Analyst, this means creating high-quality client deliverables and taking ownership (with supervision) of producing client content and meeting client expectations; developing an expertise in your functional area, including obtaining certifications; contributing to Client Satisfaction and/or RFPs; supporting leadership and contributing to content development for service offerings; and exhibiting personal leadership at all times.
  • Exercise responsibility for one or more components of a consulting engagement for a client.
  • Support or drive data-driven identification and analysis of solution requirement.
  • Work with client and third-party vendor stakeholders to manage project planning processes, project requirements, roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to elicit requirements as the basis for creating business requirements documents and user stories.
  • Understand technical challenges, and work with the teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and issue tracking / resolution.
  • Support solution change or enhancement requests.
  • Prepare and deliver solution training workshops and collateral for clients
  • Perform other project tasks as needed, such as competitive research, storyline development, and report preparation (e.g., acceptance, QA).
  • Develop a profound understanding of BENZAIT’s culture of excellence and be in accordance with our principles of clarity, concision, and completeness. 
  • Retain the status of your projects, drive visibility on progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and manage communication of projects status with internal and client leadership, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or 3 + years of related work experience).
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
  • Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or solution development projects within the Healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Google Cloud based services, cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and understand the technical context of projects, and to meaningfully contribute to technical discussions related to projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to help teams prioritize multiple work streams.
  • Extensive experience analyzing product and/or technical plans, with the ability to identify success metrics, risks, and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with data, data architecture, modeling, trends analysis, statistics, and program evaluations.
  • Proven experience with data analysis using various scripting languages, tools, and/or platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience working in a Healthcare environment or with clients in Healthcare and preferably with Providers.
  • Previous work experience within an Agile or similarly organized environment.
  • Experience with a range of business process modeling and improvement, quality assurance, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile project management (JIRA) tools.
  • Experience working with artificial intelligence in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with healthcare integration utilizing HL7 FHIR API.
  • Experience implementing statistical modeling, advanced analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Experience with machine learning tools (e.g. AutoML, BigQuery).
  • Experience in Java, C++, Python, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
